Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TangiSoft Accounts(the “Service”), operated by TangiSoft. By using the Service to sign in to or verify with a TangiSoft-hosted app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

TangiSoft Accounts is an identity- and membership-verification broker. It authenticates you through Google/YouTube or Discord and passes a verified result to the specific connected app you chose to sign in to, so that app does not need to run its own login. What the Service accesses and stores is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of Google, YouTube, and Discord in your jurisdiction, and you must be authorized to use the account you sign in with.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to gain unauthorized access to any account, community, or app.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or attempt to impersonate another person.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on Google, YouTube, and Discord. Your use of those providers through the Service is also subject to their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for those third-party services.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TangiSoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke its access from your Google and Discord account settings. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
